Click ‘Update’ & confirm your email address
A confirmation email will be sent to your new inbox. Please remember to verify the change by clicking the provided link.
With an individual account, you will still be connected to your practice, see the learning history of the account, and access all the features as usual.

When & how can I access JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK?
JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK is due to launch in May 2022 and will be available at www.jnjvisionpro.co.uk. As soon as JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK launches, you will be contacted with more information about how to access the new site. In the meantime, if you don’t want to miss any updates, please make sure you have an up-to-date email address in your account. Any new details will be posted on this page, don’t forget to check in from time to time.
Why do I have to update an email address now?
Everyone needs to have their unique login before we transfer you to JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK. Our system does not allow a given email address to be assigned to more than one user. This email address will be your username that you use to access our services across Order Centre, Learning and JNJVISIONPRO. If you forget your password, you will need the current email address to reset it. We respect your privacy, your email address, and the information you give us. We will not use your email address for purposes other than specified by you.
Why am I getting "Email address already exists in our system" error?
This message means that you are attempting to register an account, but there is already one registered using your email address. Our system does not allow a given email address to be assigned to more than one user. Please provide an alternative email address to register your unique user account. If you already have an account with us, please reset the password for the existing account to renew the access.
Why can’t I update my email address in my profile?
Please contact our customer service. They will be able to help you with updating your email address.
I don’t want to update my account./I prefer sharing my email address with my team workers. Will I still be able to access my account in JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow a given email address to be assigned to more than one user. Upon the launch of JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK, only one of the account with shared email adddres will remain active.To ensure your experience on the site is undisrupted and you do not encounter any issues, we strongly recommend updating your email address to keep your account active.
